Security and legal

Where your documents sit, and what we do with them.

The short version, one line each. We don't show badges we don't hold. If your security review needs any of this in writing, email whit@infersoft.com and you will have it.

  • Your documents sit in your own organization on the platform for as long as you keep the project. Uploads you do not save are not retained beyond the processing session.
  • We do not train models on customer data.
  • Everything we produce is yours to export at any time. Ask and we delete.
  • Every extracted value points to the page it came from, with the passage marked. If it isn't on the page, we don't invent it.
  • Every classification carries a confidence score. Anything below the line goes to your reviewer, who has the final say.
  • A sample is handled under the public Master Service Agreement, or a mutual NDA if you prefer, and deleted when the sample is done unless you ask us to keep it.
  • Hosting provider, region and tenancy are stated in writing on request, along with anything else your security questionnaire asks.
  • We don't replace your land system, your document management system or your scanning vendor, and we are not a brokerage. We don't hold your data hostage; there is nothing to migrate away from.

A sensible next step

Run a sample on records you already know.

Pick a few thousand pages your team already knows: one folder from the room, a box of scans, a right-of-way file, a mineral package. We return them split, classified and linked, every value pointing to its page, with an inventory of the rest. Your team judges the output on their own documents before anyone talks about a project.

  • Instruments split and typed, exhibits kept with their parent, in order.
  • The fields that tie each one to a lease, tract, well or owner, each with its page.
  • A short inventory of the rest of the room, with a page count.
  • No obligation after it. Back inside a week.
  • Handled under the public MSA, or a mutual NDA if you prefer. Deleted when the sample is done unless you ask us to keep it; that is the platform's default.

If your team doesn't like what comes back, that's the end of it.
