Run it yourself, or ask us to. Same output either way.
The platform is self-serve document processing on credits: your team runs the four operations on your documents. The services are done-for-you, fixed scope, our team runs the work. Use either, or start with a service and take it over on the platform afterward.
One-time. Per page. No seats.
- You buy credits once and spend them down. No subscription, no seats, nothing that renews on its own. The output is yours to keep and export.
- One credit is one page searched for one value. Splitting, classification and extraction draw from the same pool.
- A document is never charged twice. Once it has been processed, re-running it for the same fields costs nothing.
- Credits stay valid for two years. Your whole team has platform access.
- Run the jobs yourselves on the platform, or ask us to run them for you on your credits. Same output, same price. Only the done-for-you services below are quoted as a fixed fee.
What is included
- All four operations, at either speed: queued for full rooms and overnight runs, or live, for the file that just came in.
- Your fields, reusable across runs. A new field or document type is set up from a sample document, and you see the result on that document before it runs at scale.
- Source-linked output. Every extracted value traces back to the page it came from.
- No training on your data. Your documents sit in your own organization on the platform.
Exports and integrations
It ends up where your team already works.
You receive files, CSV or JSON, or import rows shaped for your system in your taxonomy. Your team or your integrator loads them; where we partner with the system vendor, the rows are shaped with them. Everything we produce is yours to export at any time.
For teams that want to wire it in there is a REST API and SDKs. The reference is available on request while the public docs are finished.
Done-for-you
When you would rather hand us the room.
Fixed scope, fixed fee. Where a client works with a consultancy, these run through the consultancy.
You share access to a room, a share or a drive. Without a person opening a document, we return the map: file counts, page counts, duplicates and near-duplicates, what the folder names already say about type, what is unknown, and a proposed structure. On your sign-off we restructure the room into your target hierarchy and deliver it into SharePoint, M-Files, Quorum or wherever you want it, with an undo step and your approval at each stage. The restructure is quoted after the inventory has run, never before.
You send: access to the room. You get: the map, then the room in your structure. Stays with you: every decision about what to keep.
Diligence exhibits cite instruments your team does not hold. Hand us the citation list, a PSA exhibit, a schedule, a runsheet export. We locate and quote exactly, from the county index, before anything retrieves.

We compare what the purchase agreement says the seller owns against the leases, amendments and agreements of record, by unit and by formation, and hand your examiner or title attorney the instruments behind each interest, reconciled as far as the record allows and flagged where it doesn't close. We do not render opinions. Your examiner rules.
