Partners

Run it under your name, in your client's taxonomy. We don't compete for the client.

Most new customers came to us through someone who had already used us. We would rather it stay that way. No exclusives, on either side.

Land consultancies.

Route your clients' document work through us and run it under your name. The documents sit in your organization on the platform. The output carries your name, in your client's taxonomy, and nothing of ours. A client you bring stays yours. If they call us, we call you. The relationship and the judgment stay with you; we just do the pages. Rates for partner work are agreed with you before anything runs.

Migration and document-management shops.

Moving a client to M-Files, Quorum or LandView? Start with what they actually have. We inventory from metadata, without a person opening a document, dedupe by fingerprint and page image, classify, and hand you import rows with the original path and object IDs so nothing loses its history. Scope your bid from a sample. No price is quoted to anyone before the inventory has run, and rates for partner work are agreed with you before anything runs.

One share: roughly 219,000 files inventoried from metadata in under 40 minutes.

Title and abstract firms.

A county's recorded instruments split, typed and indexed in a day, for your examiners to work from, under your name. We source instruments you don't hold and quote exactly before anything retrieves. We do not render opinions.

Land-system and scanning vendors.

We are not a land system and don't try to become one; we are the part between your scanner's output and your land system's import. We partner with Peloton and CityVerse, and work alongside TSG on M-Files migrations. One of the jobs on our Work page came to us through a scanning vendor.

Private equity.

Point a portfolio company at us after close. One-time spend, no lock-in, and the same output whether their one land person runs it or we do.

Where a client is yours, we work through you.

A sensible next step

Run a sample on records you already know.

Send us a directory listing from a client's room, or a sample you are cleared to share. It comes back to you, not your client, and nobody from Infersoft contacts your client. You see the output under your own name before you put it in front of anyone.

  • Instruments split and typed, exhibits kept with their parent, in order.
  • The fields that tie each one to a lease, tract, well or owner, each with its page.
  • A short inventory of the rest of the room, with a page count.
  • No obligation after it. Back inside a week.
  • Handled under the public MSA, or a mutual NDA if you prefer. Deleted when the sample is done unless you ask us to keep it; that is the platform's default.

If your team doesn't like what comes back, that's the end of it.
