When records change hands they arrive the way the last owner left them: three generations of agreement numbers, the same lease filed three times, blanks that keep a document from reaching its well. We hand back one set.

How you pay

One-time. Per page. No seats.

  • Buy credits once and spend them down. No subscription, no seats. Run any one operation on its own, or all four.
  • A document is never charged twice. Once it has been processed, re-running it for the same fields costs nothing.
  • The output is yours to export at any time, into Quorum, Peloton LandView, M-Files or whatever you run.

We partner with Peloton and CityVerse on the software side, and work alongside TSG on M-Files migrations.

A sensible next step

Run a sample on records you already know.

Pick a few thousand pages your team already knows: one folder from the room, a box of scans, a right-of-way file, a mineral package. We return them split, classified and linked, every value pointing to its page, with an inventory of the rest. Your team judges the output on their own documents before anyone talks about a project.

  • Instruments split and typed, exhibits kept with their parent, in order.
  • The fields that tie each one to a lease, tract, well or owner, each with its page.
  • A short inventory of the rest of the room, with a page count.
  • No obligation after it. Back inside a week.
  • Handled under the public MSA, or a mutual NDA if you prefer. Deleted when the sample is done unless you ask us to keep it; that is the platform's default.
